R1. Contest only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico that are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of B and B Ventures, Inc., its subsidiaries or employees of outside companies, hired by B and B Ventures, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules.
R2. Contest Period: Contest begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on stated date posted on website and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on posted date.
R3. PRIZE/ODDS: One (1) Contest Prize: Will be posted on website as per contest. Contest prize is NOT redeemable for cash. Odds of winning in any drawing depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Participants agree (a) that B and B Ventures, Inc., its subsidiaries and employees will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activity, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize; and (b) except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agree to confirm that grant in writing, but is not contingent upon) permission for B and B Ventures, Inc. and those acting with or under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.

Winners acknowledge that upon winning, permission is given to B and B Ventures, Inc. to use their basic information, such as last name and other general information on the Contest Winner’s web page.
If any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

ii) any products or parts thereof which have been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to any violation of B and B Ventures, Incorporated instructions), neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), improper storage or incorrect installation.

a) B and B Ventures, Incorporated will not under any circumstances, whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort or otherwise be liable for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages including , but not limited to loss of profits or revenues, loss of use of or damage to any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, facilities or services, downtime costs, or claims of B and B Ventures, Incorporated Energyhotwire.com's members.
b) B and B Ventures, Incorporated LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF, RESULTING FROM, OR CONCERNING ANY ASPECT OF PRIZES AWARDED OR FROM THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FURNISHED HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SHIPMENT WHICH GIVES RISE TO THE CLAIM
